This is a super property with a great mix of tree types making it a diverse property for all outdoor activities. The property has a mix of aspen areas with logging trails that have been maintained. There are also some spruce areas mixed in creating perfect edges to catch that wily buck cruising along an edge opening morning. Or a few grouse along the trails and also along the edges of the lower areas. The spruce was a breeze to walk through and as I was walking through these areas along the alders I saw several locations that would have made great spots for trapping sets. This would also be a great location for opportunity at bear hunting. I just had the feel it could be a producer. There's already easy access from the gravel road in on the logging trail a person could have some gravel brought in to make driveway and a pad and bring in a camper, ice castle fishouse or build a cabin.
