This is an all-around top notch property! The ground is mostly high ground with exception of a couple lower areas. The high ground has excellent wide trails cut throughout the property leading to virtually all areas of the property for excellent access to various areas. These trails make hunting, hiking, ATV riding, snowmobiling, snowshoeing or cross country skiing the property a whole lot easier and a ton more fun vs busting brush on a non-improved type property.
